二、斗式的提升机由哪部分组成？
结构：斗式提升机主要由牵引构件(畚斗带)、料斗(畚斗)、机头、机筒、机座、驱动装置和张紧装置等部分组成。整个斗提机由外部机壳形成封闭式结构，外壳上部为机头、中部为机筒、下部为机座。机筒可根据提升高度不同由若干节构成。内部结构主要为环绕于机头头轮和机座底轮形成封闭环形结构的畚斗带，畚斗带上每隔一定的距离安装了用于承载物料的畚斗。斗提机的驱动装置设置于机头位置，通过头轮实现斗提机的驱动，用于实现畚斗带张紧，保证畚斗带有足够张力的张紧装置位于机座外壳上。还有，为了防止畚斗带逆转，头轮上设置了止逆器；机筒中安装了畚斗带跑偏报警，畚斗带跑偏时能及时报警；底轮轴上安装有速差监测器，以防止畚斗带打滑；机头外壳上设置了一个泄爆孔，及时缓解密封空间的压力，防止粉尘爆炸的发生。以上几个特殊构件的设置，都是为了保证斗提机能正常安全地运转。工作过程 ：1，装料:装料就是畚斗在通过底座下半部分时挖取物料的过程。2,提升:畚斗绕过底轮水平中心线始至头轮水平中心线止的过程，即物料随畚斗垂直上升的过程称作提升过程。3.卸料：物料随畚斗通过头轮上半部分时离开畚斗从卸料口卸出的过程称为卸料过程。卸料方法有离心式、重力式和混合式三种。离心式适用于流动性、散落性较好的物料，含水份较多、散落性较差的物料宜采用重力式卸料，混合式卸料对物料适应性较好，工程实际中较常用。
